Bassam AlKharashi has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information & Communication Technology working in leading public & private organizations in Saudi Arabia. He is an experienced consultant and the President of the ABPMP Saudi Chapter. He is the Director of Business Innovation Services at ES Consulting, an Associate of Leonardo Consulting, and an accredited consultant & instructor in the global BPTrends Associates network. His experience in Business Process Management, Strategic Management, Information & Communication Technology, Performance Management, Project Management, and Business Innovation. Bassam has a number of important affiliations, including President of the Saudi Chapter of the ABPMP since 2010 with additional tasks of Regional Executive Representative of Middle East and North Africa. In addition, Bassam holds an M.S. Degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, and a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jamiat Al-Malik Saud in Saudi Arabia, Management. Bassam is also a coauthor of the book Establishing the Office of Business Process Management.
